Important Information for Airport Pick up
Arriving flights are checked one hour prior to scheduled arrival. If the flight is later than what we have been told once we arrive at the airport, half an hour for domestic; one hour for international free waiting time is allowed; thereafter $55 per hour or portion an thereof will be added to the fare. All airport pick-ups are made in the baggage claim area of the respective airline, unless the flight is international in which case the pick-up will be outside the customs area. If your driver cannot find you he will have you paged. Customers can also request express pick-up outside terminal (prior arrangements need to be done). Any changes must be telephoned in advance. If we are not notified at least two (2) hours prior to the scheduled pick-up time, we will be forced to charge you the one way fare (excluding gratuity). Payment on all charges is due within thirty (30) days. Thereafter an interest charge of no less than 1.5% of the balance due may be added each thirty (30) days.
