I am the Managing Director of Kindred Partners. We are an executive search firm that recruits CEO’s for technology companies. We have been in business for over 20 years and over that time period has the opportunity to work with many car service companies. We first got to know Patrick as a driver for another firm ten years ago. Pretty quickly, it became apparent that everyone in our company (there are 10 of us who travel weekly, plus CEO candidates often need a car) was asking for Patrick.

When Patrick started his own company it was an easy decision for us to follow him. He has never ever let us down. He is always early, never late and has never made an error in a single appointment in 10 years as far as I know. It is wonderful to be able to call him and then know he will be there, with a clean car, water, gum and a smile. You never have to look for him. You never have to call if a flight is delayed. He is always there.

There have been many instances when he has gone beyond the call of duty. For example, he and his drivers always provide a half dozen cars for our Xmas party every year and there have been several occasions when the party has continued after midnight and he has happily driven us all to bowling alleys, Manhattan, etc. There have many times when I have been disembarked from a redeye and he has taken me to breakfast on the way home.

My family lives in England and visit three to four times a year. Patrick is the one that picks them up at the airport. He now gets a bigger hug from my mom than I do when they see him.

I cannot recommend Patrick highly enough. He is almost an addition to our company and my family at this point. There is simply no car service that can provide the same professional, caring, delightful service.
