Important Information for Airport Pick up
Arriving flights are checked one hour prior to scheduled arrival. If the flight is later than what we have been told once we arrive at the airport, half an hour for domestic; one hour for international free waiting time is allowed; thereafter $55 per hour or portion thereof will be added to the fare.
All airport pick-ups are made in the baggage claim area of the respective airline, unless the flight is international in which case the pick-up will be outside the customs area. If your driver cannot find you he will have you paged. Customers can also request express pick-up outside terminal (prior arrangements need to be done).
Any changes must be telephoned in advance. Do not leave a voice mail, customer service will assist you in times of request and cancellation. If we are not notified at least two (2) hours prior to the scheduled pick-up time, we will be forced to charge you the one way fare (excluding gratuity).
Payment on all charges is due within thirty (30) days. Thereafter an interest charge of no less than 1.5% of the balance due may be added each thirty (30) days. If it becomes necessary to assign your account to a collection agency or an attorney, you will be held responsible for any collection charges and/or attorney fees incurred.
ADDITIONAL STOPS
Charges for additional Stops are generally $ 10-25 depending upon the distance traveled :
In town $ 10 Out of town $ 20.
Pick up or Drop off South of 42nd. Street in NYC. Is $ 10 Extra.

WAITING TIME AT RESIDENTIAL,BUSINESS OR OTRER COMMERTIAL LOCATIONS
Customers are allowed 15 minutes free from the scheduled pick up time. Thereafter waiting time is calculated in 15 minutes intervals by prorating the current hourly rate for the vehicle type requested.
All passengers schedule for pick ups must try to the best of their ability to be outside especially if the pick up is in New York City. In the event you don�t see your driver call our office 1-877-227-2895 and we will put you in contact with your designated driver. Please do not leave assuming your driver is not there.
